JobCopilot
An AI copilot that finds jobs every day and fills in the applications for you.
Overview
JobCopilot takes the most tedious part of job hunting, the form filling, and hands it to a bot. Setup is a one off: pick your job titles and countries, upload a resume, answer a batch of standard screening questions. After that the copilot searches for new postings every four hours and completes the application forms itself, using your real contact details, so the employer sees an application from you rather than from a third party. It applies on official company career pages rather than job boards, and it does not create accounts on your behalf. You can let it fire automatically or hold everything in a review queue, edit the answers, and let it learn your style before you hand over the wheel. Around that sit a resume builder, a cover letter builder, an application tracker, an AI mock interviewer and a set of career advisors.
The software works. The harder question is whether the strategy does, and whether you can find out what it costs before you commit. JobCopilot advertises a per day rate and never shows a billed total anywhere public, its own in app FAQ answers "How much does it cost?" by pointing at a page behind a login, and the real prices swing by up to half depending on which country you are in. Independent sentiment is rough too: Trustpilot sits at 1.9 out of 5 from 94 reviews, with billing, cancellation and stale listings the recurring themes. And the core mechanic, sending a lot of applications quickly, is exactly what a growing pile of recruiter facing advice tells candidates not to do. Read the Pricing and Cons sections below before you decide.
Key Features
Automated job search: your copilot scans for new matching roles every four hours, across what JobCopilot says is a list of over 500,000 company career pages
Automated applications: up to 20 a day on Premium and up to 50 a day on Elite, filled in from your resume and saved screening answers
Review mode: queue applications and edit the answers before anything is sent, instead of auto applying

Pricing
Starting price
$29.90/mo
Checked 22 October 2026. Figures below are the US plan set, in USD.
First, the honest part: JobCopilot does not publish what it charges. Its pricing page advertises Premium "starts from $0.93 per day" and Elite "starts from $1.05 per day", notes that "Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly plans available", and never shows a single billed total. Its own in app FAQ answers "How much does it cost?" with "Please refer to our Subscription page", and that page sits behind a login. The plan prices below come from the live plan data JobCopilot's own app loads to build that subscription page, so they are its numbers, not an estimate.
Premium (1 copilot, up to 20 applications a day): $12.90 per week, $29.90 per month, or $74.90 per quarter, including 3, 12 and 30 hiring manager credits respectively.
Elite (3 copilots, up to 50 applications a day, resume tailoring): $15.90 per week, $39.90 per month, $94.90 per quarter, or $118.80 per year, including 5, 20, 50 and 20 credits respectively.
Basic (up to 5 applications a day): $3.90 per week or $9.90 per month. This tier is not shown on the public pricing page at all. In the app it appears as the plan you are moved down to after cancelling.
Add ons: extra hiring manager credits are sold separately from $12.90, and a Career Intelligence add on is listed at $14.90 per year.
The price changes a lot by country. The same Elite monthly plan is $39.90 in the US, $24.90 on the UK and global plan set, CAD 48.90 in Canada, AUD 58.90 in Australia and INR 2,290 in India. That regional split is most of the reason published reviews of this tool quote wildly different numbers.
The advertised per day rates only half add up. Elite's "$1.05 per day" matches its quarterly plan exactly: $94.90 over 90 days is $1.054 a day. Premium's "$0.93 per day" matches nothing currently on sale. Its quarterly plan works out at $0.83 a day and its monthly at about $1.00 a day.
Free trial: yes, but it is not advertised. Inside the app there is a free trial with no credit card required, capped at 5 job matches a day. The length is set server side and we could not confirm it without an account, so treat the duration as unconfirmed. The plan data also lists a discounted $2.99 first week for both tiers that then renews at the standard rate, which is not advertised either and may not be offered to everyone.
Refunds are narrow. Section 6 of the Terms says refunds "may be offered only if JobCopilot is notified within the first 7 days from the start of the subscription of a technical issue that prevents proper use of the service", that later requests "will not be eligible for consideration", and that the team may at its discretion refund or instead extend your subscription. There is no general money back guarantee for simply changing your mind.

Pros
It applies on official company career pages, not job boards. That skips the middle layer and the giant easy apply pile, and the application arrives under your own name and contact details.
You can keep a human in the loop. Applications can be held for review instead of sent, the copilot remembers the edits you make, and you only switch to full auto once you trust its answers.
The filtering is genuinely detailed. Five job titles per copilot, 20 excluded companies, include and exclude keywords in the job description, plus seniority, time zone, language and salary filters and an adjustable job similarity threshold.
It is more than an apply bot. Resume and cover letter builders, an application tracker, an AI mock interviewer, hiring manager lookups and salary negotiation advisors all sit inside the same subscription.
There is a free trial with no card required, capped at 5 job matches a day. Oddly, the pricing page never mentions it.
Weekly billing exists. A job search is temporary, so paying $12.90 for a single week instead of committing to a quarter suits the job actually being done.
Cons
The core mechanic may work against you. Applying to 50 roles a day is the product, and it is also the main charge against it. Recruiter facing write ups argue that bulk, lightly tailored applications get filtered out on keyword relevance and that a burst of submissions is visible in the timestamps. Most of that writing comes from career blogs and rival tools rather than from ATS vendors or employers, so treat it as a real risk rather than a settled fact. It is still the thing to weigh hardest before paying.
Independent sentiment is poor. Trustpilot shows 1.9 out of 5 from 94 reviews, 59% of them one star, checked 22 October 2026. Billing and cancellation problems dominate, followed by irrelevant matches, and there are complaints about inaccurate AI written resume content.
Dead listings are a recurring complaint. Reviewers describe postings that are outdated, already closed, or with broken links. JobCopilot says it only applies to verified listings on official career pages, but that verifies where a posting lives, not whether the role is still open or was ever real. Greenhouse has estimated that 18% to 22% of postings are ghost jobs, and nothing in the product screens for that.
You will rarely get the daily volume you are paying for. JobCopilot's own FAQ says the copilot clears the backlog of existing live jobs in your first few days and then only applies to roles posted in the past 24 hours, so "it is normal that there may not be 20/50 new jobs posted each day".
The price is deliberately hard to find. No billed total appears anywhere public, the in app FAQ redirects you to a page behind a login, and the Premium per day rate advertised on the pricing page does not match any Premium plan in JobCopilot's own live plan data.
Refunds are narrow and discretionary. Section 6 of the Terms covers only a technical fault that prevents use, reported inside 7 days, and JobCopilot may choose to extend your subscription instead of returning your money. Changing your mind is not covered.
The headline numbers are marketing, not measurement. "Get 10X more Job Interviews" is published with no methodology behind it, and the 100,000+ users and 500,000+ companies figures are self reported.
Its own documentation contradicts itself on resume tailoring. The pricing page sells "Tailor your Resume for every application" as an Elite feature, while the help FAQ says the copilot "does not automatically tailor your resume for each job".
What Makes It Unique
Most AI job tools stop at writing your resume or scoring it against a posting. JobCopilot actually presses submit, on official company career pages rather than job boards, and keeps doing it every four hours without you. The training loop is the genuinely unusual bit: you review and edit its answers, it adapts to how you write, and you only hand over control once it sounds like you.
